Change of Mind

Please choose carefully. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

Consumer Guarantees – Your Rights

You are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair if the item or parts you purchased has a major problem. A major problem may include:

  • The item has a problem that would have stopped you from purchasing it had you known about it.
  • The item is unsafe.
  • The item is significantly different from the sample or description.
  • The item doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and it can’t be easily fixed.

In the case of a major problem, you may choose to:

  • Return the item for a refund or replacement, or
  • Keep the item and request compensation for any drop in value.

Minor Issues

If the problem is minor, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If the item is not repaired in a reasonable time, you may choose a refund or replacement.

Proof of Purchase

Please retain your proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt or tax invoice), as it will be required for any return, exchange, or repair.
